Kids Can't Recite Pledge

Now, the U. S. Ninth Circus Court of Appeals has declared that, in the western states over which it has jurisdiction, it is unconstitutional to have students in public schools recite the Pledge of Allegiance, because the phrase "under God" is in it. wtf? Hello! Earth to Ninth Circuit...are any of the justices listening? The United States is at war with terrorists, who hate us. Let's don't make it easier on them, shall we?
